Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the StratTrade website, software, services, licenses, subscriptions, documentation, and related features.
By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using StratTrade, you agree to these Terms.
1. Software License
StratTrade grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the license or subscription you purchased.
Unless explicitly allowed by your license, you may not:
• Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license.
• Use the same license on more devices than permitted.
• Attempt to bypass license activation, device restrictions, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or redistribute the software except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
2. Account and License Security
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, license key, exchange API credentials, and connected accounts.
You must not share your license or account access with unauthorized persons.
StratTrade may suspend or disable access where fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or attempts to bypass licensing controls are detected.
3. Trading Risk
StratTrade is a software tool for building, backtesting, automating, monitoring, and executing trading strategies.
StratTrade does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial assets involves substantial risk and may result in partial or complete loss of funds.
Past performance, backtesting results, indicators, signals, and strategy performance do not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, strategies, risk settings, exchange accounts, and financial results.
4. Exchange and Third-Party Services
StratTrade may connect to third-party services including cryptocurrency exchanges, notification providers, payment providers, and other external platforms.
Availability and operation of these services are controlled by their respective providers.
StratTrade is not responsible for outages, API changes, exchange failures, account restrictions, execution delays, market interruptions, or losses caused by third-party services.
5. Orders and Execution
Automated trading involves technical and market risks including network delays, price changes, slippage, rejected orders, insufficient balances, API errors, and exchange outages.
You are responsible for reviewing your strategy configuration, API permissions, balances, risk controls, and trading environment before enabling automated execution.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Prices and billing terms are displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions renew according to the billing period selected during purchase unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund payments already processed.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy:
Refund Policy
7. Refunds
All sales are considered final once the software has been downloaded or the purchased license has been activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the conditions described in our Refund Policy apply.
8. Software Updates
StratTrade may provide updates, bug fixes, security improvements, or feature changes.
Some updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, licensing, or access to online services.
Features may be changed, improved, replaced, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
9. Availability
We aim to keep StratTrade and its related services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability.
10. Intellectual Property
StratTrade, its software, website, branding, documentation, interfaces, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a license gives you permission to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of StratTrade or its intellectual property.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use StratTrade to:
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Circumvent licensing or security systems.
• Distribute malware or harmful software.
• Interfere with StratTrade services or infrastructure.
• Misrepresent ownership or authorization to use the software.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StratTrade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading-related losses arising from use or inability to use the software.
This includes, without limitation, trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, exchange failures, API failures, data loss, or interruptions caused by third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are materially violated, including license sharing, fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or attempts to bypass security controls.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to StratTrade, applicable laws, payment services, licensing, or business operations.
